Please find below our review questions for this project as of now.

1. Do you have a preference for the location of the switches for the lights in the office/ conference room areas?
2. Do you have a preference for the location of the switches for the switch film of the glass walls and doors?
3. Do you have a preference for the location of the switches for the lights in the open office?
4. Make and model of televisions?
5. Will there be any outlets or data ports on the 36” high u-shaped reception desk? None shown on elevations.
6. Some of the ceiling heights on the plans don’t match the section heights. We can adjust those in the field but will have to verify the height of the existing structural joists to ensure there is enough space under them for the heights to work.
7. On the ceiling plan, what does the detail look like where the u-shaped soffit meets the 8’-6” AFF ceiling on the sides of the room? On the plan it shows them abutting each other. Is this what you intended? In your rendering it seemed that the u-shaped soffit was a focal point and separated from the other ceiling area.
